Her expertise spans budgeting, human resources, and workflow optimization in both frontline operations and office environments.

Awarded for her work in team member engagement and adaptive leadership, Rachel's true passion lies in investing in training and holistic engagement as strategic tools to enhance employee retention and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
